Professional Reflexology and Massage Therapy in Winnipeg – Licensed RCRT™ Specialist

All our Remedial Massage Therapists practice Massage Therapy. It is the cornerstone of our training. Massage Therapy includes relaxation massage like you might receive at a spa but also therapeutic treatments such as stretching, muscle energy techniques, fascia work and many other forms of treatment.

Easing into a treatment generally starts with the warm up of tissue after assessment of your dysfunction has been completed. Most RMTs combine relaxation and Therapeutic treatments to get to their therapeutic goal. The patients comfort is very important as relaxed tissue allows us to go further and deeper in addressing the problem tissue and it allows for a better experience with longer results.

When a RMT is trained they are taught a wide array of treatments and when practicing they continue to complete courses to add to their skill set. This combined is understood as Massage Therapy. Its a hands on form of treatment that observes that patients comfort level at all times.

We offer a licensed (RCRT) Reflexologist Zarina and also a student reflexologist Darlene.
Please call 204-663-5263 for pricing and insurance billing for Zarina and Darlene.

Foot Reflexology in Winnipeg

What Is Foot Reflexology?

Foot reflexology is a natural therapy that uses gentle pressure and massage on specific reflex points located on the feet. Each point corresponds to different organs, glands, and systems of the body. By stimulating these points, the body’s self-healing abilities are activated, restoring balance and improving overall health.

How It Works

Your feet are like a map of the body. By applying targeted pressure to reflex zones, energy blockages are released, circulation improves, and physical toxins are gently flushed out. This process encourages your body to return to its natural state of well-being — leaving you feeling lighter, calmer, and more energized.
